Brian Lee

Brian Lee is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and filmmaker who moved to Central Texas in 1999.

He is an expert in passive income strategies as illustrated in his blog GeniusTypes.com.

He bought his first piece of investment real estate in 2005, and now partners with Shauwn Digman to acquire several properties a month in Central Texas.

Brian started a bulk candy vending business in 2005, which grew to over 50 locations.

GeniusTypes.com was launched in 2006 and now receives over 600 visits per day.

Brian moved to Hollywood from 2007 to 2009 to produce and edit in television and film, working for clients such as Nickelodeon, E! Entertainment, “Speeder’s”, Zoo Productions, and more. View some of his video work here.
