With CD and money market rates in the low single-digits, and a volatile stock market; most people have never heard of double-digit returns. Clients of our program receive monthly interest payments based on simple interest at above-market rates. We’re paying above-average returns in a 0% world… and it’s secured!

Equity Participation

But wait.. There’s more! Our clients enjoy a piece of the equity profit when we sell.

That means: their effective return on investment is significantly higher than their simple interest rate. This boost in return lets our investors participate in the upside of our deals while being protected with their simple interest payments as a base.

We hold most of our deals for at least a year, but not more than two. The average duration of one of our deals is 18 months.
